To make surgical teaching in Wessex:

• include SBA and viva practice

• cohesive amongst all trainees

• comprehensive in covering the whole syllabus

This will be achieved through the provision of consultant and senior trainee-led full day teaching days, which will be syllabus-based and use a variety of learning methods.
